In addition to our Northampton Headquarters, Daro has had its own Soft Furnishings division for over 15 years based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. In 2004 the soft furnishings division moved to new premises and embarked on a major upgrade in facilities and cushion manufacturing equipment

The factory benefits from the use of a Digitised Planning System for cutting and a state-of the art cutting machine that ensures accuracy and consistency of cutting cushions

As well as cushions for our cane and outdoor ranges, Daro Soft Furnishings is capable of manufacturing the following products:

•     Cushions for Outdoor Furniture
•     Upholstery cushions
•     Dining Pads
•     Mattress covers
•     Cushion interiors
•     Digital planning and cutting of fabric for clients own use

In the past, Daro has made cushions for the likes of House of Fraser, British Home Stores, Ikea and Argos and has the capacity to produce large quantity orders on time and to a high quality.
