This particular Daro product range comes with a FIVE YEAR* warranty covering the construction, design and specified lifetime of the furniture.

*FIVE YEAR WARRANTY is subject to Product Registration with Daro within 28 days of purchase. Claims made against warranties will require proof of product registration details.

You have automatic and comprehensive statutory rights to cover the suitability of your purchase for outdoor use, but we are so confident in the weather-resistant qualities of the materials, particularly with our unique Tissé® woven resin that we are prepared to extend the guarantee to cover not only 2 years parts and labour but also 5 years from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. This assurance is to be considered an extra benefit and does not affect your consumer rights.

The warranty will be valid only if maintenance has been carried out in accordance with Daro’s recommended care instructions. For the first 2 years, at Daro’s discretion, products will be repaired or parts replaced at no charge, then during the extended period, parts will be replaced providing that:

  • Daro is contacted and it is agreed that a collection note is to be issued.
  • The relevant proof of purchase is returned with the goods.
  • The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, defined as usual deterioration as a result of regular use such as weathering or fading, or to marks dents or scuffs.
  • The product has not been subject to any misuse, abuse or mishandling. Nor placed in an abnormal environment, or purchased for commercial use.
  • The product has only ever been repaired, modified or altered by Daro and not by any other person or company.

This does not cover damage loss or other conditions beyond Daro’s control such as damage resulting from infestation, negligence, improper handling or acts of God such as wind damage, hurricanes, tornados, floods, fire and any other event due to natural causes nor to damage caused by the improper use of a parasol.

If a particular product is no longer available, Daro reserves the right to replace or substitute with a current model.

Cushion covers are excluded from the extended warranty but have a standard one year guarantee subject to proper storage.

This guarantee does not cover any rights other than those expressly set out above.

The benefit of this guarantee cannot be assigned and does not cover claims for consequential loss or damage.

This guarantee only applies to outdoor furniture products purchased from January 2008 and is valid in the UK and Eire only.

To report a fault or make a claim under warranty please contact the store where you made your purchase, however if this fails to satisfy your query please contact Daro Limited at Heathfield Way, Kings Heath, Northampton NN5 7QP.

The problem will be investigated and if identified as a fault in material or workmanship any repair or replacement will be made at Daro’s discretion and any products or defective parts replaced shall become Daro’s property.
