Furnishing a conservatory garden room or sunroom lends itself to using new ideas, different materials and styles of furniture you have not used in other parts of your home. Our Daro range of furniture has been designed specifically with the conservatory, sunroom, dining room, kitchen/diner in mind. These rooms can be totally different from the other rooms in your house in terms of higher humidity, higher levels of natural light, and periods of intense heat and rapidly changing temperature which means that choosing a range of furniture specifically designed for these conditions is paramount.
The most popular and practical choices for furniture for conservatories and garden rooms are rattan, wicker and cane which can be used for sofas, chairs, tables, log baskets and footstools. Cane is the name used for the wood like pole that has a solid but flexible inner core. The flexible properties make it easy to manipulate into many shapes when steamed. Rattan is a spiny climbing palm that grows readily and has a similar internal structure to cane. Cane can grow at a rate of 2-3cm per day and is therefore a renewable raw material. The term ‘wicker’ is the art of weaving and therefore wicker can be considered for many different types of material.

All of our products have been designed with the customer in mind from easy clean styles for hassle-free care and maintenance to steel sprung bases and leather binding for added extra comfort and durability, as well as reversible cushion covers that are easy to remove and clean. All our cushions are UK manufactured in our very own UK soft furnishings factory and designed to fit the frame perfectly.
