By insisting on top grade materials the Daro Outdoor Living Collection has been created to offer exceptional outdoor all weather furniture that is manufactured to offer maximum longevity. Daro have obtained products only from their most reliable and trusted sources of supply to ensure quality and consistency of manufacture from experienced craftsmen. This particular Daro product range comes with a FIVE YEAR warranty covering the construction, design and specified lifetime of the furniture.
You have automatic and comprehensive statutory rights to cover the suitability of your purchase for outdoor use, but we are so confident in the weather resistant qualities of the materials, particularly with our unique Tissé® woven resin that we are prepared to extend the guarantee to cover not only 2 years parts and labour but also 5 years from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. This assurance is to be considered an extra benefit and does not affect your consumer’s rights in any way whatsoever.
The warranty will be valid only if maintenance has been carried out in accordance with Daro’s recommended care instructions. For the first 2 years, at Daro’s discretion, products will be repaired or parts replaced at no charge, then during the extended period, parts will be replaced providing that:
This does not cover damage loss or other conditions beyond Daro’s control such as damage resultant from infestation, negligence, improper handling or acts of God such as wind damage, hurricanes, tornados, floods, fire and any other event due to natural causes nor to damage caused by the improper use of a parasol.
If a particular product is no longer available, Daro reserves the right to replace or substitute with a current model.
Cushion covers are excluded from the extended warranty but have a standard one year guarantee subject to proper storage.
This guarantee does not cover any rights other than those expressly set out above.
The benefit of this guarantee cannot be assigned and does not cover claims for consequential loss or damage
This guarantee only applies to outdoor furniture products purchased from January 2008 and is valid in the UK and Eire only
To report a fault or make a claim under warranty please contact the store where you made your purchase, however if this fails to satisfy your query please contact Daro Limited at Heathfield Way, Kings Heath, Northampton NN5 7QP.
The problem will be investigated and if identified as a fault in material or workmanship any repair or replacement will be made at Daro’s discretion and any products or defective parts replaced shall become Daro’s property.
